Tracking discrepancies with Adobe SiteCatalyst

It seems every time a client of ours uses SiteCatalyst as their analytics platform and has 3rd party Ad Server like DoubleClick or Mediamind, the data discrepancy between can often be around 400%, which could be considered by some large global brands as acceptable across multiple regions.  

IMO anything over 10% in data discrepancy is unacceptable and should be investigated. I am interested in anyones positive or negative experience of SiteCatalyst and another tracking technology with similar issues.  Please message me and I will be in touch with you to talk about your experiences
